Welcome
Children are learning and growing from the moment they are born. When given access to high-quality early learning experiences during the first three years of life, children are significantly more likely to become healthy, skilled and productive citizens.

The Nebraska Early Childhood Education Endowment Fund represents Nebraska’s commitment to meeting the needs of at-risk children birth to age three in the most critical years of development.  The endowment fund is an innovative, sustainable funding source that combines both public and private investments for the benefit of Nebraska's most precious resource – our children.
